Dr. SK Tasthekur Hossain Kowshik is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business and Coordinator of the Faculty Research Office at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the AACSB-accredited Monash School of Business, funded by the Monash University Graduate Research Merit Scholarship. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate research degree in Management from Monash University and a BBA in HRM & Marketing from the American International University-Bangladesh. Dr. Tasthekur specializes in qualitative research on knowledge management and expatriate management, with a growing interest in tourism management. His work has been featured at leading international conferences such as the Academy of Management (USA), the British Academy of Management (UK), and the Asian Conference on Education & International Development (Japan). He brings his extensive qualitative research expertise into the classroom, enriching the learning experience in management and change-related courses at ULAB.
